  3. Melt the butter
  4. Sieve the self-rising flour in a bowl and add sugar, eggs and butter
  5. Mix all together until you have a smooth batter
  6. Pour the batter into the bundt case
  7. Put in the over for 60 minutes
  8. Check with a skewer if the cake is done, stick it into the cake and check if there nothing sticks to it
  9. Take the bundt cake out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Turn the bundt and take out the cake. Let it cool down completely
  10. Use a bread knife to cut the cake horizontally at 1/3 of the bottom. Do the same for the top 1/3
  11. Carefully take off the two rings of the cake. Make sure not to break it.
  12. Put jam on the first ring and cover with slices strawberry
  13. Add the middle ring to the bundt and repeat the process
  14. Add the final ring

Serve and enjoy!

Different strawberry jams or other soft fruit jam (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry) will also make this a delicious bundt.
