Pineberry and champagne

We have been inspired by Moët & Chandon who used the Beekers Berries pineberry in a promotion. This stylish recipe will work well at cocktail parties, birthdays, and dinners or as a barbeque final.

Preparation:

  1. Pour the champagne in the glasses
  2. Leave the stem on the pineberry and cut the pineberry from the bottom up to half way the pineberry
  3. Put the pineberry on the rim of the glass

Cheers!

Tip

Upgrade your party and serve the champagne with a red-white-blue strawberry or red-white-blue on a stick. More party ideas? We have a board full of these, check these out here.
