Strawberry milk drink

1 handful of strawberries

250 ml (almond/soy) milk

Honey to taste


Strawberry-banana smoothie

1 handful of strawberries

1 banana

200 ml orange juice

Honey to taste



Strawberry drinks

These drinks do not require large amounts of strawberries. They are really refreshing, especially after working in your own garden.


Preparation strawberry milk drink (1 person)

  1. Put the strawberries in the blender
  2. Add the milk
  3. Blend
  4. Take a sip, if not sweet enough add some honey


Preparation Strawberry-banana smoothie (1 person)

  1. Hull the strawberries and put them in the blender with the peeled banana
  2. Add orange juice
  3. Blend
  4. Taste and add some honey to taste when needed
